Class Update

Math
 In Math the students have been working hard with different fractions. They are just beginning to add and subtract different fractions that have different denominators.
Reading
 In reading we are working on inferences to text.  The students are also looking at different text features and how this helps the understanding of material.
Social Science
The students are working on their How the World Works.  They are researching how different geological processes change the earth.

The students have a field trip on Friday.

Hubbell fourth graders are off to a great start! We’re spending a lot of time this first couple weeks getting acquainted with each other and new routines. Look back here soon for details about what we will be learning.
